Cinnamon Pear Walnut Bread

This grain-free bread is packed with nutrients and protein…A perfect way to begin the day!

3 cups blanched almond flour

3 eggs

1/3 cup grapeseed oil

1/2 cup raw honey

2 organic pears, cored and chopped into small pieces

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except walnuts.  Stir to combine.

Remember to stir in the love!

Liberally oil 5 mini-loaf pans with a little extra grapeseed oil.*

Spoon batter equally into 5 mini-loaf pans.

Top each mini-loaf with chopped walnuts.

Place mini-loaf pans on a cookie sheet and place in the oven.

Bake for 25 minutes or until bread springs back to the touch.

HELPFUL HINT:  I know my bread is done when I can smell it.  This may or may not work for you too.
