I would love to see your cookbook & the bread recipes.
I can’t digest the almonds but, I wonder if I could subsitute for Quinoa or coconut flour.
I hope to come to one of your classes someday.

Hi Melissa,
I will let you know when the book is published. You can substitute with many delicious flours. Some of my favorite flours are coconut, sorghum or teff. All are unique. I’ll post some recipes with each of these flours for you.
